Growth of International Students Enrollment Continued for Germany in 2016
The 2017 Edition of the Annual Wissenschaft Weltoffen Report reveals that foreign enrollment in Germany reached 340,305 students in 2016. This represents an increase of nearly 6% compared to previous year. It indicates the continuation of a long-term growth trend for Germany as a major study destination in Europe and the whole world.
Ireland Extends Stay Back Period for International Postgraduates to 24 Months
There is some good news for international students who are studying in Ireland or who are planning to select Ireland for their study. The Irish government has extended the period during which foreign graduates pursuing Master and Doctoral programs may remain and work in the country after their studies.
Growth of International Students Enrollment in Germany in 2015
Germany’s International Student Enrollment increased by 7% and reached 321,569 in 2015 which was 301,350 in 2014. This marked a continuous growth in international students enrollment for last 6 years, and overall growth of 32% over the past decade.
